High-speed broadband internet access is vital to the City’s economic growth and development. The Municipal Broadband Committee takes an active role in accelerating the deployment of next-generation networks and determining how these networks can best serve the public good. Broadband internet is a critically important utility, just like electricity, gas or water, and the Committee works to ensure that every home and business within our community has access to fast, reliable, and affordable internet service.
