The City of Farmington Hills Senior Division provides a wide variety of programs and services for adults 50 & better. Daily events are held at the multipurpose Costick Center, Monday-Friday, 9:30 AM - 3:30 PM, with scheduled evening and weekend programs. Please see The Messenger", the Senior Division’s monthly newsletter, and the Special Services Activities Brochure for updated information on all available programs and services.

Close up of smiling senior man in pool.Programs support active lifestyles with dance and fitness, education and enrichment, health and wellness, socialization, and volunteer opportunities. These include: clubs and groups, computer classes, dance and fitness classes and events, education and enrichment programs, Lifelong Learning at Longacre, on site nutrition program, speaker series, special events, sports, volunteer opportunities, wellness fair, Yvonne’s Treasures gift shop.

Community-based services provide the tools needed to maintain viable, independent lifestyles. These include: food assistance, Home Chore, Meals on Wheels, nutrition supplements, prescription assistance, Senex, support groups, transportation.
