The Farmington Hills Fire Departments provides fire and
emergency medical services (EMS) as well as fire prevention and
safety education, and Fire Code enforcement.
Services are provided through a combination
of career and paid-on-call (part-time) fire fighters who operate
out of five fire stations strategically located throughout the
community. Station #5, centrally located at Eleven Mile and
Orchard Lake, is staffed 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The
remaining four stations are staffed from 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM,
Monday through Friday and provide service with paid-on-call
firefighters during the evening and on weekends.
